DELIVERY AND PACKAGING

Every item is specially hand packed with care and attention 

• All orders for in stock items are posted quickly and are delivered by secure mail services.For security we always use delivery methods that require a signature.
• Allow 2 to 4 working days for items in stock.

First class Delivery charges £5

FREE DELIVERY FOR PURCHASE ORDERS ABOVE £80

For items not in stock, allow 15to 25 days delivery

for engraving and resizing allow 14 to 17 days delivery.

For BESPOKE items

As these are made especially for you allow 4 to 6 weeks delivery.

Collection of your item from our office is possible but strictly by appointment only, you will have to email us, please bring identification and proof of payment for this.

Please note for orders placed after 2 p.m on week days will be processed next working day and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday( excluding Bank Holidays)

After placing an order online, we’ll send you an automatic email confirming the order. This initial email does not necessarily mean that we will be able to full fill your order. If we cannot process your order for whatever reason we will contact you either by email or phone to discuss order times, alternative products or the option of a refund.

Delivery of our items will arrive in a discreet packaging with only GWORLD LTD written on the outside.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you the customer once the products have been delivered. Goods are deemed to be delivered, when delivered at your delivery address or collected from the address indicated by the delivering agent and not when delivered to you personally. The delivery address is provided by you when placing the order. It is very important you check the delivery address provided by you.

GEMWORLD LTD will not accept any liability for delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
