AT GEMWORLD WE PRODUCE HIGH QUALITY JEWELRY AND ALWAYS ENDEAVOUR TO GIVE OUR CUSTOMERS THE BEST, HOWEVER IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE ITEM YOU HAVE PURCHASED, YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM IF YOU HAVE SEEN SOMETHING ELSE ONLINE ON OUR WEBSITE
OR YOU ARE ENTITED TO A 3O DAY MONEY BACK QUARANTEE.
ITEMS WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF,
WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT WITHIN 14 DAYS FOLLOWING THE DATE OF DISPATCH TO YOU.
THE RETURN PRODUCT IS UNUSED, NOT DAMAGED, GEMSTONE NOT EXCHANGED AND RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL THE DOCUMENTATION IF ANY THAT WAS SENT WITH THE ITEM ORIGINALLY.

-you will be issued with a return number, a form will be emailed to you to be filled in,
Once completed, please send the item back to us together with the form using a reputable postal service or courier company, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF POSTAGE AND ENDURING THE PRODUCT IS INSURED FOR THE CORRECT AMOUNT when sent back to us.
-GEMWORLD will not be responsible for the postage, loss or damage while the item is in transit, back to us.
-Email us the date of postage along with the parcels tracking number to enable us to track the parcel.
Once the item is received by us, our Returns department will check the item over before releasing if for a refund. If any item is found to be worn, damaged, resized by another jeweler or it has been mishandled in anyway, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return item has been approved, please allow 8 to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

ITEMS NOT COVERED UNDER REFUND POLICY
Bespoke, Personalise items are excluded from the refund policy.
Due to hygienic reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings for pierced ears unless they are faulty.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty or not the one you ordered, then you can return it to us for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, if your product develops a fault within a short period from receiving it then you can return it to us, and if we find it to be faulty, we will exchange or refund the product
If however, the fault is due to excessive wear or accidental damage you will not be eligible for an exchange,/refund we cannot make any concrete promises to exchange an item until we have assessed the item.
All returned products not returned in accordance with the DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS (2000) are tested by Gemworld limited. Any product found not to be faulty will be subject to a £10 plus return shipping cost back to the customer.
You will be notified by email before the non faulty goods are returned to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
